APE Medical (and especially Jordan) have always been a pleasure to deal with.  As the Head Trainer of a Football Club, APE have gone out of their way to ensure that I have products when I have needed them in an emergency and I always receive any orders I make in a very timely fashion.  I also spent time comparing costs with other suppliers and APE have always been very competitive. I went to APE Medical today, I had never heard of it before, so I am very pleased I was referred there!

Tabitha, I believe I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind. Explaining the product I needed to a high standard, and even put my size aside for me.

Once getting there, I was greeted very politely by all four staff working that day.

George a very lovely staff member helped me try on the 'medical surgical shoes' I needed. He ensured they were the right size, and gave me the option of what I preferred. Also, which one would logically be more effective and help with my condition.

Very impressed with their professionalism, how they actually knew all their products, and cared about the customer. They were all so friendly and helpful. I've been dealing with chronic pain for nine long years now. I have been to a lot of stores, doctors, surgeons, chemists, and specialists and no one has ever treated me so kindly.

10/10 recommend these guys if you're looking for medical supplies or the correct rehabilitation apparatus ✔️💯🥼
