It is a breach of these Terms & Conditions — and may constitute misrepresentation with civil and criminal consequences — to register as, or represent, a person or entity you are not authorised to represent.

Pricing & Orders

Prices displayed on this Website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices should be considered an invitation to treat rather than a binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we formally accept your order, which will be communicated to you directly.

The automated order confirmation email you receive upon placing an order acknowledges receipt only — it does not constitute acceptance of your offer or a commitment to supply at the prices shown.

Where a pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order and will notify you promptly.

Payment & Credit Card Security

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Credit card transactions are processed using 256-bit TLS encryption via a secure connection to our payment gateway. We do not store credit card details on our systems.

NDIS & DVA Purchases

APE Medical is a registered NDIS provider. Where you are purchasing Products under NDIS funding or DVA entitlements, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for ensuring the Products are covered under your plan or entitlement
Providing accurate NDIS or DVA details is your responsibility
APE Medical may require verification of your plan or entitlement prior to processing your order
NDIS and DVA pricing is subject to applicable scheme price limits

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Services

BNPL services including Afterpay and Zip provide a form of credit allowing you to purchase now and pay later in instalments. By selecting a BNPL option at checkout you acknowledge that:

BNPL products are credit products subject to responsible lending obligations under Australian law
Credit checks may be performed by the BNPL provider
Late fees or other charges may apply if payments are not made on time
You have read and understood the terms and conditions of your chosen BNPL provider
APE Medical is not responsible for any credit decisions made by BNPL providers

Sports Loyalty Program

Points are accrued at the rate of 1 point per $1 spent
Points cannot be accrued and rewards cannot be claimed if you are already in a discount agreement with APE Medical, though manufacturer rewards remain claimable
The accrual and allocation of points is at the final discretion of APE Medical
Only one Premium Reward can be claimed per season; offer expires 31 October each calendar year
Freight charges may apply to Products claimed through the program, at APE Medical’s discretion
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside the program
Points can be manually uploaded at your request for purchases made within the same calendar year only; points from prior calendar years will not be uploaded
All disputes regarding the program will be resolved by APE Medical in its sole discretion

Freight

We will contact you if additional freight charges apply to your order. No additional charges will be applied without your prior consent.

Same Day & Next Day Delivery

Eligibility: Same Day and Next Day Delivery is available to select Perth metro postcodes only. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is within the eligible zone at time of ordering. Postcode eligibility is checked at checkout.

Cut-off times: Orders placed before 11:00am (AWST) on business days qualify for Same Day Delivery. Orders placed after 11:00am and before midnight (AWST) qualify for Next Day Delivery on the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Business days: Same/Next Day Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Western Australian public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next available business day.

Delivery attempt: A signature may be required upon delivery – ensure someone is available to accept the order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order may be held for collection or returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed using Same Day or Next Day Delivery, we are unable to cancel the order as fulfilment begins immediately after cut-off.

Capacity & Availability: This option may not be available due to circumstances such as limited capacity, weather conditions, or if your order has missed the cut-off time. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend Same/Next Day Delivery at any time without notice. In the event the service cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or a full/partial refund.

Pricing: Same Day and Next Day Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Changes to Orders

Please review your order carefully before submission. Changes and amendments may not be possible once an order is placed.

Our Returns Policy governs all returns and is available at https://www.apemedical.com.au/customer-service/returns-policy/. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood the Returns Policy.

SMS and MMS Communications

APE Medical may send SMS and/or MMS messages for informational purposes only, and only with your prior express consent. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. APE Medical does not charge fees for these messages.
