However, the easiest and quickest way to request an NDIS quote is through our Online system. Submitting your request through the website ensures all the necessary information is captured from the beginning and allows our team to review and prepare the documentation much more efficiently.

Why should I use the Online Quoting System instead of emailing my request?
The Online Quoting System has been designed to make the process smoother for both customers and our team.
When requests come through the website, all of the key information such as participant details, funding pathway and product selection is already included. This allows our team to review the request and prepare the correct documentation efficiently and accurately.
Can participants request quotes themselves?
Yes.
Participants are able to request quotes directly. Simply add the required products to your quote and complete the form with your details and complete the required details in the NDIS section of the form. Our team will then review the request and prepare the appropriate documentation.
I’m a clinician ordering on behalf of a participant. Can I use the Online quoting System?
Yes, absolutely.
When submitting the quote request you can enter the participant’s details in the NDIS Section of the online form so that they appear correctly on the quotation or tax invoice.
Can the quote be sent directly to a plan manager?
Yes.
When completing the NDIS section of the online form enter the plan manager’s email address. Our team will prepare the documentation and ensure it is sent to the correct recipient for review and payment.
What details do I need to include?
When requesting an NDIS quote or Tax Invoice, the following information is required;
- Client Name
- NDIS number
- Date of birth
Providing these details ensures the quotation contains the necessary information required for NDIS claims or plan manager processing.

What happens after I submit a quote request?
Once a request is submitted, our team reviews the details and prepares the appropriate documentation based on the pathway selected.
This may include preparing a quotation, issuing a tax invoice, or sending the documentation to the relevant plan manager for approval. Once payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched.
What if I’m not sure which products I need?
If you are unsure which products are most appropriate, we recommend reaching out to your clinician for guidance.
You can still submit a quote request through the website with the items you are considering, and our team can assist if clarification is required.
