Resista Band Loops are latex elastic band loops, which provide the user or clinician another convenient option in exercise prescription. Each loop is 25cm width when laid flat.
The strength progression is the same as all Resista Band products:
- Yellow: Extra Light
- Red: Light
- Green: Medium
- Blue: Med-Heavy
These loops can be used for a variety of applications. Particularly to increase strength and balance. The loop resistance is aligned with the resistance level of a regular band tied into a loop.
The loops are individually poly-bagged and accompanied by upper and lower body exercise suggestions.
These are available in single loops, or in packs of 4 (1 loop of each colour).
