Directions

Apply the product to clean, dry skin 5-10 minutes before training or racing. Be mindful not to use an excessive amount; a small quantity is sufficient.

This product is designed for application on moderate to large areas. For runners, target your legs from ankles to upper thighs. For athletes engaged in overhead activities, focus on your neck, shoulders and upper arms.

Please refrain from touching your face or any sensitive areas. After application, remember to wash your hands.
Reapply as necessary during your workout session. After exercising, thoroughly wash off your skin.
