This simulator represents the lower torso of an adult male, extending from the abdomen to the upper third of the thighs. It features realistic anatomical structures, including the penis, scrotum, and anus, with lifelike appearance and tactile feedback. The model is designed with an anatomically accurate male urethra and bladder system, making it suitable for training in male urinary catheterization and indwelling catheter procedures.

Features:

1. Simulates a standard adult male in the lithotomy position. The perineal region is anatomically complete, with soft, flexible skin that provides realistic elasticity and tactile response.

2. Includes anatomically accurate male genitalia, including penis, scrotum, and anus, with high fidelity appearance.

3. The penis structure is realistically designed. The foreskin can be retracted, allowing training for both initial and secondary disinfection procedures during catheterization.

4. The urethral length corresponds to that of a normal adult male. When the catheter is inserted to approximately 20–22 cm, simulated urine flow is triggered and can be directed into a urine collection bag.

5. Supports training for Urinary catheterization and removal, Indwelling catheterization procedures and Catheter fixation after insertion

6. During indwelling catheterization, air or liquid can be injected into the balloon to inflate it, securing the catheter within the simulated bladder. When removing the catheter, the balloon can be deflated smoothly, allowing withdrawal without resistance.
