Due to the High levels of Magnesium Chloride present in our solutions the gel or liquid can experience slight differences in solidity due to the colder climates. We have made a decision as a company not to reduce the high magnesium levels. Due to this there will be times where the product may require being warmed up to help its flow through the applicator.

– Please place the bottle in a bowl of boiling water for 10-15 minutes and this will allow you to enjoy our fantastic product.

– Please store your bottle in a warm environment above 12 degrees.
