The Days Gutter Walker with Handbrakes has a NEW IMPROVED DESIGN with thicker tubing and larger wheels. Designed to keep the user in an upright position for gait training. It can transfer a larger proportion of the user’s weight through the arms when compared to a walking stick. This weight re-distribution from the legs to arms can help reduce leg pain and aid mobility.
