Should you need temperature regulation for just one side of a larger bed, opt for our single-zone topper, designed specifically for individual use. It covers half the bed and is offered at roughly half the price. Of course its perfectly suitable for single beds also.

This mattress topper, built for two, enables each individual to adjust their side of the bed to their preferred temperature. How do I set up the Circadian Sleep Pod?
Its a very simple process. The mattress topper will lie out over your current mattress, you will see some cords attached. These go under your mattress creating a firm attachment. At one end of the mattress you will find your connection hose which is 180cm long. This clicks into the back of the POD control box.
After this you fill your POD with cold water, preferably filtered but not essential. Australian tap water is fine assuming you do not have large amounts of scale build up.
There is a cap on the top of your Pod, unscrew this and fill until you can see the water close to the top. The replace the cap and tighten.
Now you are ready to start your unit. Simply turn on using either the remote or control panel on the POD and select your temperature.
The water will now run through your mattress topper cooling or heating as desired.
